Vinay Chaudhary is an Team Lead in NIC National Transport Project Govt of India. He received his B.Tech in information technology. He worked on various government projects and POCs by implementing open source technology ex. Vehicle Registration on Blockchain, Citizen Services migration into Microservice Architecture, Automation and Orchestration using Blockchain etc. Vinay is co-organizer of Hyperledger Delhi NCR(Linux Foundation), Open Source Networking user group New Delhi (Linux Foundation) etc. He gave many talks in various Meetups, universities and conferences.
